After dabbling in the dirt with a couple DR350's and a Husky TE250, attempting to keep up with my husband, I realized I didn't like it very much. I've settled on a 2002 Aprilia Pegaso....I don't try to follow my husband in the dirt any more...we're both happier.

I've spoiled myself over the years and have more than one bike. Took a lot of years to get here and have given up other things to do it but the choices are worth it to me.

My street easy gravel roads bike is a '07 BMW F650GS
My do a little of everything including some adventure touring is a '07 Suzuki DR650SE
And if I want to get down and dirty I take out my '94 Honda XR100R = That thing takes a beating and keeps on running.

My poor little klx is an 07, that has been my all around fun bike. Sure takes a beating. I can go pretty much everywhere with it. The v-strom is my everyday travel bike for easy dirt roads and some trails. But that's my baby. I've been lucky enough to grow up in a family that all rides. So I've been riding with my father and brothers since I was about 4 years old.

What year is your klx250? Mines an '07. I love it but has always had starting issues with it. Has yours?

No issues yet...although if I leave it alone for a month, it's cantankerous!! Other than that, great bike!
