Lots of guys in the stares are fitting the dualys and dualy d2's.

I have d2 and some of there smaller 10w floods siitting here waiting for me to fit them on a bike and looking at them there realy nice quality and they come with a great fitting kit.

If your only looking for small LEDs the 10w vision X lights are great we well and truly tested them on the posties and I think that there just about the only thing not damaged after all the crashes and bike drownings.

I fitted a set to the bow of an offshore fishing boat last year and there still going.

I run a set of Dually D2's on the 640. In a word, excellent, in the driving pattern. Good spread and distance. They put out about 1200 lumens each, which is a lot of light. A 55w H4 puts put about 450-600 depending on reflector material and shape.

    I also have a rigid 50" light bar on a 4wd. Is 18000 lumens enough? :D

Oh, and before you buy from Snake racing, try Double Black Offroad in Cheltenham Vic, they are usually cheaper.

I just purchased and installed a set of Spot Duallys on my F800GS. Purchased them from motorcycleadventure.com.au, which is an Aussie based company. They were the best in terms of pricing I could find, and very helpful. I didn't go for the D2, as I thought they would look just that bit too big for my liking.

    Good luck.! :D

Could you use 1 dualy d2 to replace the high beam or does it not have enough reach?

Mmmmm, maybe, only as the standard KTM 640 lights are farkin pathetic....
Was thinking of some sort of 3" round led light set up to replace the standard high beam. Don't thing you could get a d2 Dually to fit wit out it protruding forward of the fairing and looking ugly/odd.

Sooner or later I'll take some night footage with the go pro riding with the dually's on, and post a link.
