Just for reference, the 13B3 error is in hex, decimal 5043.

"O2 sensor value implausible" is the description on that one.

Ended up buying a GS911 that gives a lot more info, thought I share the info here, now that I know what it is.

What I don't know yet is why I get it.

Implausible is indicating the signal levels may be within the range expected but not too low to trigger short to earth or too high to trigger short to positive, quite often it will be a bad connection causing noise or an O2 sensor which is not reacting in the manner to be expected, it is the I/O IC which generates an interrupt to the ECU processor to generate the fault code, later models have more precise digital comms from I/O to the processor to better identify the fault

It would appear that as of the most recent MotoScan version released earlier this month it is now possible to use this to monitor the clutch switch status.

Does it support resetting fueling adaption now?
On older ECUs, does it support showing current adaptation? (Not that it would help me as on 2017 F700GS' ECU the adaptation values are hidden, so can only reset)

Thanks to GS911 I can now say it reports a O2 sensor voltage of 3V+

Still investigating the cause and cure, although having a promising trend now.

I recently setup the Motoscan ultimate app with their long message recommended scanner, so I have all the abilties it offers. I am still learning it and while exploring all the various menus I did see a couple adaptation settings in various areas. I haven't tried any specifically yet as I am still chasing a ghost in my front brakes and mine doesn't move at the moment.

An active error could also keep it in open loop.

I have the Motoscan Ultimate app. If you give a bit more detail on what to look for, I can check tonight.

which one of these apps does the collective like; motosan or the GS911 or something else. I figure I might as well join the modern age here...

The Motoscan is cheaper by a factor of 4.
$45 for the app. $75 for the OBD scan device. About $12 for the adapter cable is you have an older bike with the 9pin computer port.
There is no limit on how many motorcycles you can use it with.
Though. it's not very easy or intuitive to use - at least for me.
I imagine the GS911 offers a lot more.

Takes longer to let it relearn to idle than that ;) (resetting adaptation with GS-911 requires that so I can only assume that is normal for every reset)

Is there some manual for all the settings and what they do? I have a 2009 F650GS twin. I'm wondering if you can set the turn signal self cancelling timer interval?

Then how do people know what they're mucking with? I poked thru a handful of options and it's not very clear that they do. I bought it to mostly reset the service notice and read and clear fault codes but I wouldn't mind digging into a bit and perhaps tweak a few things. But don't want to do it blindly.

I have same sensation, but cheapest way to remove service.
Also I use it the check some problems and work, I was able to Find Where the Air was in the front brake blocking the ABS valves, and found my fan wasn't working (the bike only shows Hot oil blinking light when idle stopped).
For me is great, but not able to try other engine mods, too scared.

I have both the Motoscan app and a GS-911. Neither can program the turn signal timer. I doubt that they ever will have this capability. The developers put their energies into handling the new bike models and not discontinued models. Documentation is pretty much nonexistent for both. The GS-911 does a better job with prompting through service functions.
