Good to see that you got one of the faster and better looking blue ones.

Got bored in Orlando, been doing some forest service road rides on the WR and even one on the GS.

    Whatta noob!

    :deal

Print it, spit on it, stick it on the side, re-do the image, then post again.
    This just won't do.

AGIP sticker? We don't neeeed no stinking AGIP stickers.:lol3

The only sticker that really counts is the ADV sticker. It not only makes your bike faster.

But it also makes your bike more off road worthy

How are these on longer rides/tours?
I want to get my wife a scooter so she can head out with me.
I want something with larger tires and more upright position like a standard motorcycle. Want something in the 250cc+ range and found this model.

Dealer near me has 2 07s. Certain years better and what to watch out for?

Also looking at the Scarabeo 500 or BV500. Used prices only a small amount more plus they have ABS.
Also see the BV250. How are they different and what year did all these switch over to FI?

    thnx

I'm wondering how they will do in the summer on a smooth dirt road :evil
Heidenau lists them as 4 season tires here: http://heidenautires.com/scooter-street-tires/ not winter only.

I did a search and man that rear 130-15" tire is a real odd-ball.
How about sizing down to 120-15 (same a front) or is that too small?

I tried some 130/90-15 cruiser tires on mine. I tried 2 different kenda's as well as a Dunlop 403 or 404, can't remember which. They all worked pretty well but none of them lasted all that long. The Dunlop was the worst and lasted less than 3000 miles. I am now running a Metzler ME880 140/80-15. I like it better than any of the other tires and it will last a lot longer. It is more expensive but since it lasts longer it might just be cheaper in the long run. I have a Michelin City Grip up front.

I considered getting a Shinko but the dealer said they no longer carried them because they got greasy as they started to wear out.

I would not go with a smaller rear tire. It will decrease your clearance, and increase your RPM's as well as your speedo error. I have been running larger than stock rear tires since the OEM wore out.
