Three wheelers throw your ass off quicker than shit and are four wheelers for poor people.

Trikes have chebby 350's and campers on the back or are Volkswagen Beetles cut in half with a useless old jap a knees front end stick welded to the front.

Both require cut off jean shorts to meet ATGATT type standards.

I agree with the first part but the rest is a strange stereotype.

I am thinking more of a 3 wheeled ATC with a bigger engine like a CB750, motorcycle forks and full size wheels on the back.

But you can stick with your VW or "cheby" picture if you want.

If you build a solid axle street trike with no diff it'll be tough to go around corners.

If your set on a trike why not just turn a 750 into a trike? Sometimes you can find a chain driven rear diff. on CL for around $4000. But hey you never have to buy stuff, if ya got the brains just build it. Don't kill yourself though.

And I'll stick with my chuby VW picture of horrendous ugly which are what trikes are. Ugly..

The utility ATC's had differentials and are the way to go. You could build a cool little round towner with more time than that one was built in.

Yes that's what I am talking about and yes more time, a motorcycle engine and a diff axle.

    Thanks

normal trikes suck handling wise compared to a reverse trike and that behemoth on the video is a pile of itself... Steering controls are horrible, you have to turn the handle bars two meters to the side in order to get normal front wheel movement.

Now this is awesome, its like a can-am, but has balls.

What about independent rear single sided swingarms with the tires on the outside of the swingarm .I wish I had the facility to show you a picture.

Differential action by limit of traction of each tire .
