I finally got to the garage today for the Atlas installation on a 2018 CB500X. I thought there was enough “three bank cards” space for the throttle clamp but there isn’t - the available gap is only wide enough for the clamp with the lock disengaged, the throttle would stick.
I really want this to work (I was shown a demo at the recent Touratech open house in Seattle), so do you have any ideas or options to successfully mount the Atlas to a 2018 CB500X?
Just wanted to update this thread with my experience. This is by far the best of the 5-6 different throttle locks that I’ve used. The thing that sets this apart from all others is that the on/off button just plain works. All others require some sort of manipulation in order to engage and disengage but the buttons on this are unique. Because it is so easy to use I find myself using it much more than I did the others. It is so easy to make small adjustments with it. In closing this one little thing has been the best addition to my bike, by far.
