    I have fond memories of that place! My first night in Woomera I bellied up to the bar with my new found mates and was speaking Oz in a matter of no time! The sheilas weren't bad, either.

    Got my wisdom teeth pulled in Adelaide. Had my first Wimpy Burger with an egg in Port Pirie at a road side stop. Guzzled some pints with the abos at local bar in Port Augusta. Lots of good memories!

    It only gets frumious when aroused. Doesn't happen that much these days.

    Chipotle wasn't even a known thing back then, nor was Subway. Wimpy had it all tied up!

    @gsd4me might have knowledge.

    I also understand company policy and/or insurance policy tends to exclude passengers. Some of the long distance rigs also carry two drivers afaik.

    Knowing most truckies if there was a way they could make a dollar they'd already be doing it.

    Well, don't burst my bubble just yet. Just planting a seed. There has to be a way to circumvent policy to make a dollar. :deal
    It seems like a low risk liability for the insurance companies if you ask me,

    You're probably not too far off in that respect. Has the makings for another reality series. Jub jub vs the outback vs. the truckers. Like I like!

    An owner driver may carry a passenger if they desire, but for company drivers, it would be out of the question due to insurance concerns.
