I think one of those questions is a trick play on words that ignores how we would normally interpret that question.

    question 2 answer is wrong. It's 10 not 5

Jill had 10 prize pigs. All but 5 died. How many does she have now

    5
    10
    15
    6

The fact 5 died makes no difference. They are all still prize pigs in the past tense it's just 5 of them are now dead prize pigs. The 5 dead ones are still hers. In actual fact, Jill having had 10 prize pigs could also mean she has none left but 0 was not given as an answer. There is at least one other question in the 10 which is also incorrect.....see if you know which one.

The only place a dead pig is going to win a prize is in a smallgoods contest.

    Mmmmm bacon. :)

If the pigs get eaten/buried .. they are no longer pigs.
Jill may still have the prizes, but the pigs?

Unless she had them stuffed .. they are no longer pigs.

So we need more info .. what happened to the dead pigs after death? :grim
    Resurrection?? :pope
    Stuffed?
    Or disposed of? :dukegirl

The obvious correct answer is 42. :fitz

Were they prize pigs because they were on the take?

Did the five surviving pigs get promoted?

Excellent ... noisy cars save lives!

The EU will legislate the vehicles will have to make a certain amount of noise when reversing or travelling below 12mph (19km/h).

Small print .. It follows concerns that low-emission cars and vans are too quiet, putting pedestrians and cyclist at risk because they cannot be heard as they approach.

All new types of four-wheel electric vehicle must be fitted with the device, which sounds like a traditional engine.
