You’ll get lost in there LargeFather, I’ve ridden Dungeys twice and ended up in two different places.

Some of the bicycle riders here have their pointy hats on. I'd say magpie season is on... I'll be getting my pointy hat out for the bicycle...

Tip: The pic I posted was from the Pyramid Hill Track last year.

The top has become overgrown and the view that was once available was blocked, so it's not worth bothering with unless fires have gone through recently.

    I've been watching this.

She crossed the WA/NT border without any problems and is now about to cross the NT/Queensland border. So what's the story with border crossings. Are Qld/NT/WA residents allowed to enter each others states/territories unrestricted?. All bloody confusing.

If I wanted to, I could ride/drive to anywhere else in Aus, as long as I don't pass through Vic or designated 'hotspots'.
The big problems would be heading back home. I'm pretty sure SA and NT have their eastern borders closed, as does WA. I could go to Qld via NSW but might have to stay there for some time (shudder).

They don’t usually swoop me, it must be my casual demeanour and lack of intent to harm them :-)
They do give the posties grief though.

I was used to the Maggies in Vic, but I reckon the bloody Plovers up here are 10 times worse.

Those bastards have in-built arrows on their wings, are fiercely territorial because they are too bloody stupid to build a nest in a tree instead of laying eggs in the middle of an empty housing block, and are worse than roosters when they go off like alarm clocks at 2am most mornings.

The wife and I stumbled across parents and chick yesterday during our usual stroll - simultaneously dive bombed from both directions. I'm definitely bringing the cricket bat with me from now on. :lol3

Ten minutes of seepage and it was filling pretty quick
