As usual I'm late to the party.
However this report was worth finding & I really enjoyed reading it.

IMO the 946 is carved from an angels tear drop and beauty personified .

Thank you for taking the time to write & post. I look forward to more and somebody who is riding a 946 rather than storing it as an investment.

Thanks for stopping by and reading. I bought the 946 to enjoy and I know I'm in the minority on this, I'm okay with that. ;) Hopefully as time permits I'll put together some more adventurous trips.

PS: You description of the 946 should be in Vespa's brochure!

I'm in the process of trying to resurrect my threads after the photobucket debacle. I'll iron out the rest of the wrinkles in this thread as time permits.

I know this is an older thread but, being new to scooters, I just read through it. You sir...... are cut from the same cloth as the pioneers! What a great ride and ride writeup! Well done! :thumbup Back in my commercial fishing days, I could do stuff like that, not anymore, but I sure enjoy reading about others adventures.

Now I'll start through your next thread.

Thank you so much for reading and commenting. I mostly post in battle scooters as not too many peeps are interested in scooters in Day Tripping.
