The report I got from Mike was that it is possible not without technicalities. I have decided to take the route on my 650 prior to trying on my 1150.

Going to get some new tires then head up to it. Maybe in a couple weeks. I am going to post prior to going if your interested. Maybe if I can get some interest I will go on the 1150.

I can fwd the report to you if interested.

if your interested in riding in the area I did take the road from salt river canyon (60 - nf96 - nf203 - 288 - 188). I did that one on the 1150.

that what sparked my interest, to head to young from nf203.

Yeah, I "accidently" wandered down this "road" on my 1150. Don't do it. Ok, I purposely wandered down to "check it out". Don't do it. I made it, but as stated, not without difficulty. Thanks to the guy with the winch on the side by side. Awesome views, rocky roads. 4 crashes all the good stuff. I would have invited you, but I was already there with the intention "not" to ride it. Did I say, don't do it? There is nothing like riding down a path that you don’t want to go back on for like, 35 miles, to find a ditch that you could never pass 5 miles from the end. Yeah, don’t do it.:lol3
