    Hi, Manxman

Please add me to the list. Been trying to do this for the past 3 yrs. Work away from home and a baby arriving have kept me away.
I am in country this year thou

How I'd love to make it three BCBTR's in a row!
But I have another adventure planned that will take all my holiday time next year. It's my intention to take 24 days and do a wee (no pun intended) ride across the country. I'm a western boy and have never been to the maritime provinces; it's about time.

I will be doing this ride on a slightly "modified" 1982 R65LS, it's guaranteed to be among the strangest sites this year. :lol3

Already checked out the lodgings for the three nights. I think that Kackanax on Thursday and definitely the Elks for Saturday. The jury is still out for where for Revelstoke though.

Looks like a fantastic route Ross...well done!

I'm already talking about another ride into the Bralorne area. Maybe I could join you then continue on my own after. 3 days seems like such a short ride. 2 weeks is more my speed. I'm on a 95 Tiger & have a buddy on a Buell also might be into this. This would be a good primer for my next big trip to Spain & Morocco in the fall.

My wife's due date has now been revised to June 18 2010... so looks like I will be otherwise (happily!) preoccupied. :D

Maybe I will have to come up with a name (depending on gender) that reflects the ride that I will be missing as a reminder... without telling my wife 'why'.

Add Taxguy and son to the "probable" list. The route looks great and the timing is perfect for us:clap

Yeah... :cry that would make for an unhappy kid / wife / dad! Now that I know about the timing of this ride, if we have another offspring, I will try to be better at my "scheduling!"

I look forward to the pics and GPS tracks. Maybe I can follow the route at a later date...

For those thinking of going through Trout lake, the Windsor Hotel there serves huge burgers with attitude.

Anyone interested in the Big Trailies Ride want to think about carrying on to the Goldbridge area for some more gravel exploration and maybe take along a fishing rod? Motel it in Goldbridge or Bralorne? Add 3~ 5 days to the holiday? I have been through that area since being a little kid, know it well but still lots to explore there.

Manxman, those are some beauty pics! Makes me want to try to sneak out of the birth... but if I did, I might as well never go home! Damn, I am some jealous!
