Ivan rode with Tim Morton and I on a 7 day trip when he was 12. His kx 85 was within 100 rpm of the revlimiter for the whole 7 days.

Been down twice in the last month. First time Tecate to Ojos, Ensenada thru pine forest back on Compadre. Second drove to Estero beach then rode from there to San Quintin and back. No problems either time came back Monday the 24th hour and a half at San Ysidro, heard Sat and Sun were bad US short staffing, back to normal on Monday. Going down the 19th thru the 28th for the 500.

Wow, only two crimes in two weeks. Sounds a hell of a lot safer than anywhere in Cali, and the cactus and sand does'nt burn like pine trees to boot.

When we came back from Mike's Sky Ranch.. about 1.5 years ago, the back woods were still smoldering. Burnt real bad but it was out in the middle of nothing and nowhere so no one gave a crap. Cutting through was a bit of a challenge.
