For anyone who cares to remember.......Paxton Valley was easy compared to this quagmire! (Total time 10h:13m, Moving time 5h:49m for 275km round trip)

Swamp crossing about 17km before Ashcroft.

......................but we all (7) made it through .........eventually :freaky (Note: the 1 missing in the photo was off at the car wash tidying up a bit :D).

I tried promoting this ride on Soviet Steeds and CURD. With all the responses, the sidecar run would be all of two bikes.

Thanks to all the lunatics who came out.

Nah, it was the cup of coffee. I'm actually impressed Naomi and the wrong day gang were still happy after the mud bath we missed.

    Does a Ural count?

And thanks to Natasha, the Ural test rider, and Rebecca, my Day Three monkey. I loved that goofy grin I saw on your face as we rode. You can be my monkey anytime.

I'm already planning BCBATR 3. :) So if anyone has any comments or suggestions, then please feel free to PM me. I think I can fix the weekend after the Labor Day long weekend as the date.

Thanks to Mike for another great BC ride. Nice to see some old friends and make some new ones. Fantastic routes, great planning. Nice info session on the Copper Mine Jim.

Thanks to all the fellow riders that make this weekend an annual event for me. Good riding, good people, not to be missed.
