Hey, that`s my buddy Chico helping you load, he`s a fellow rider and a great source of local knowledge.
The trip down from Cougar Point is quite the trip!

Chico took Yatman and myself over the Fraser River in the 'passenger only' ferry in June of 2009. That was pretty cool, the river was really high.

That was cool seeing the bear cub run across the road in front of you!
I hope to make it for next year's ride.....

So many great pictures and videos. I really regret having to bail on this ride. Looks like everyone (with the possible exception of the few people that injured themselves) had an amazing ride.
Definitely going to have to download the .gpx and add this route to my list for the next couple of years. There is no way I am going to let my new job, whatever that may be, get in the way of next year's ride.

Work always gets in the way of having fun :puke1. We all hope you can make it next year.

Cariboo Mike and his fancy GS1200 that he swings around like a 250cc.

Great to see your healing up ok. I had to wear one of those after I cut my foot with my chainsaw. Cut all the tendons for my toes. They all work again except my baby toe doesn't move too much.

Yikes, you survived a chainsaw massacre......just the thought of that makes me queasy (that's partly because I burn wood for most of the winter and cut my own firewood.....with a chainsaw).
