I would imagine this settles it!
It looks like I'll have to swing by there in the new year for a look-see. I hope it goes well for them.
Went there to look at buying a new 675 Triumph. Dave would not let my wife test drive it . Went to Valley Motorsports and bought a new GSX750S from Barry. Gord introduced introduced us to Dave and said we had cash in hand and were buying a motorcycle that day.
Probably just as well, as there's no Triumph in Kelowna now.
M&M looks like they have taken the Triumph franchise.
I walked straight from Bentley to Valley Moto over 3 years ago, chatted with Barry and have never looked back. Sales, workshop or gear they have been by far the best dealership I have dealt with.
Thanks for the heads up. Not aware of the full dealership situation in Kelowna and don't know them. I'm more aware of the dealership status in Penticton,,,,,which is decidedly 'sleepy'.
Nice to see other stores stepping up to fill the vacuum. No small feat I'm sure. Honda must have really changed their tune after the Failure of their Full line dealerships. I think Beemer tried this as well and failed. Maybe they are both smarter after the experience of forcing out the smaller profitable stores to be replaced with big white Elephants that destroyed the customers loyalty and confidence in the brand
Likewise Hardley, forced out some good folk dealers to achieve the boutique atmosphere. The flip side is that my neighbor has stepped in to provide a servicing alternative and he is super busy fixing these parade floats while dealing with .......uh.....the owners of the parade floats.
Yes, as I've found. Be careful what you ask for!!!
Now only if we had someone pick up the Ducati line. I’d love to add one to the garage, but without a local dealer it does not make much sense.
Agreed. Valley Moto is a great dealership. good people.
