Guess a little rain won't hurt you. And a little wind. :smile6

Didn't see any wind warnings in the forecast, but wouldn't mind some sprinkles to knock the dust down :ricky

Right......I ran across that last weekend. I can't believe somebody dumped that right there. Wish I could have joined you, we headed up to Prescott yesterday to check out the area for retirement. La Verne looks like it will do for now.

    isn't there a saying the 2 happiest days in a boater's life is 1) buying a boat and 2) dumping it....lol.

@aanichols - looks like someone yanked the trailer out and trashed the boat a bit during the week. Crazy :loco

I am seeing lots more trash dumped off the local dirt roads. Sometimes hard to reach places that had to take some planning and effort to get there.
No sure what I would do if I caught someone in the act. Take pics of license plates and report to LEO, who probly won't do anything :bluduh

Also... "A boat is just a hole in the water you throw money into." :ksteve

    Is there one? :dunno

    Saw that Joel.
Sometimes nice to ride solo (freedom), but always nice to ride with good friends :nod

Do we need to plan a Big Bear camp-n-ride before school lets out for the summer?

this was our first assault in 04-04-2009. we call this sito's wash. he lead our first big bear ride through this wash. i think matt it was you who gave the track to sito in order to kill us. a few months later, someone crashed here and broke his hip.

Sunday to Monday (holiday) Calisurfbum and I are heading from Angelus Oaks, up through Big Bear and down to Pitown for our annual Pitown camp out. I thought I'd open this up to anyone who wants to join us. Plenty of room on my old house slab looking out over the Sawtooth range. We go out there as a memorial ritual for my house that burned down in the Pioneertown Fire of 2006. Lots of fun (not the burn part, but all the rest!) I'd be up for leaving Saturday to do some hard riding like Matt and I did last year before I joined my other friends for the easier trail ride. I'm taking the EXC. Middleweight or even heavyweight friendly Sunday/Monday.

Rode out to Husky last weekend to take my n00bish friend first time out in dez through the fun ways. Followed Bill's old tracks from 2017 and came across numerous closed trails signs and backside into Husky is "private property" and there was a rave party and they told me it was private property. :dunno

    Looking for more EZ rides................................

Thanks for helping to keep this thread alive guys :clap

@r'elise me Glen - I am interested, but totally unprepared at the moment.
I would lean more towards the sun/mon overnight, 'cuz I would like to see P&H at night :beer
Probly on the 690 with camp gear, so not much of the hard jeep trails.

    @outlaws Cool lookin' TW :thumb
I wanna get my dad to try one some day. I think he will like it :nod

Looks like rain/mud in big bear sunday. My guess is burns cyn and pitown will be spared. After todays dump in LA I’m feeling a little apprehensive. We got an inch in about an hour!

That sounds perfect for dad :nod
Just gotta get him to ignore the published weight :linzi
He still does great on his 525, but the seat height (even lowered) is getting tough and he rarely goes over 40~50mph anyhow. Just will not even look at anything an ounce heavier :nah

I am still not prepared and the weather is damping my motivation :hide
Will probably just try to squeeze in a local saturday ride :ricky
