    I don't know of a resource like that of which you speak, but the region you describe is called the Outaouais (oo-ta-way). This site has some motorcycle specific information you can request.

    Topo Canada should help identify dirt trails, campgrounds, etc.

    I'm working with United States Topo planning a route to Alaska.
    Identifying trails adjacent to water should be fun for primitive camping. More importantly it'll identify trails that could prove difficult for heavily loaded bikes with tired pilots.
