    Thanks for posting these videos of Big Bend! Makes me want to take trip there before it gets too hot.

    BTW - I have a pair of Sidi boots that have pieces coming off from normal wear. My next pair will definately NOT be Sid.

    Frank, late May will probably be pretty hot. I've seen high-90s down there in May. Go earlier, if you can arrange that.

    May will be HOT, go early. Watch out for that pea gravel/sand stuff. It will suck your front wheel to center of the earth. Seems like River Road was worst.

    We went in April. The first day we were there was 100. Cold front came through and it had highs in the 70s. Cold in the mornings, though.
