Well, I might live to regret this, but here goes- I'll be driving my new Sprinter van north to Anchorage from the Seattle area between the 7th and 12th of July. I'll be transporting some goods and pulling an empty horse trailer, so there would be room for a rescue pick-up along the way should any of my fellow Advriders be on the Alcan and headed north- and broken down. If any of you plan to be on the road at that time PM me and I'll provide you with a contact number. There arent a lot of bike shops between Prince George and Fairbanks, so a breakdown can be a major pain in the ass. I plan on sticking to the main rout the whole way- hwy 1 to cache creek, 97 to Watson Lake, an 1 the rest of the way.If you are broken on the side of the road and you see a big white sprinter pulling a horse trailer flag it down- it's probably me.

Sounds like a great opportunity for someone to catch a ride to Alaska.
