Big Dog, thank you for the tracks. Did you use the E32 mapset?

Yes I did----not autorouting---but was superb detail. Almost always -----the road or trail I was on was on the E32 mapset-----a great purchase. I had bought the 2012 version-------but got a free update to the 2013 version-------they are locked to one gps only. You can purchase "one" more unlock for another gps at a reduced price if you want.

I've got several 276C gps's--------so have set aside one of them as my "Mexico GPS" :deal

Thanks Mark! I think we used your tracks for Baja back in 2007 when Hipster, Flyingbeard and myself were down there. Best trip of my life!

Hi I tried downloading the gps file but can’t open it. I’m new to this do I need the E32 app to open it?

No the maps don’t have anything to do with downloading,
Until you get some software to do this your computer will not know what to do with it.

Garmin Basecamp is a free download off of Garmins website.

Lots of people use different software to do this,

You’ll still be dead in the water if you don’t have a gps that can use the tracks.

    I don’t guess I’d call e32 an app.
It’s just a map you put in your gps of all of Mexico.
You’ll still have to have a gps that is capable of adding a map to it.
If you don’t understand any of this you need to go other forums on Adv to figure it all out.

You said you you were knew to this........took me years to figure all this out.

But I’m old and started at the ground floor of all this stuff.......many years ago.
Younger folks may figure it out a lot quicker..........or get your grand kids to help you.
