There's this great Italian place in Saratoga, Wyoming. Sadly, I won't be able to get away for awhile to go there.

Thanks, BD & HLD for a wonderful report and exceptional photos. Your stories and photos are always entertaining. I need reports like this to read when I'm at home and wishing I was out riding.

Nice to see you are doing well.

Saratoga also has the Hobo Springs - hot springs along the river in town - changing facility and everything - always open and free!

It has been a while. . . The Superbug:pynd is running again, beautifully and I just did section 6 of IDBDR on it.

Retired last fall and had tons of plans from March thru Oct. 2020 including VBOM but, the majority have been canceled due to that word that shall remain unwritten.

Too much time at home resulted in buying:
Minibike for an annual minibike race.

With my teammates at the end of the 100-mile race. Lucky for me the young guy on the mini did 51 of the miles and Rick and I did the rest. Rick bought the last mini we raced so I bought this one. The minis aren't built for what we do to them and they really take a beating.

A Vespa to ride a Scooter Cannonball in 2021, it was postponed from 2020.

A TW200 to ride AZ, NM, UT BDR (This will work better in the sandy bits than the Superbug:pynd)

I sold two vintage bikes to pay for the new toys. I wasn't riding them so they needed to go to someone that would ride them as they were designed to be ridden.

I'm doing well, staying healthy, but 2 months of staying home had me crawling the walls and I had to get out.

I hope we cross paths again one day. :clap

Less than three weeks and we will be looking for Big and HairLip Dog's tracks! Starting in Ft. Collins, across CO to Gates of Lodore, then up to the WY start and on across. Darn if it isn't difficult to wait.....

There's that one road closure in the Medicine bow forest you'll have to navigate around. I'll try to get with you to help you out with that.

Edit---this picture should tell you exactly where it's at and what is going on.
This picture was taken at the South end of the closure where the officer stopped us---the one on the North we didn't see :lol3:lol3 Honest officer---kind sir.
So if your riding West to East you will be confronted with this very sign. Probably an easy go--around ??? But you'l have to figure that out.

Ah, I was thinking end of August for some reason. Would be good to get changes into the track file now! Definitely going West to East, and maybe the Ranger District can give me a good location. Or, drop me a PM.

Easy go-round on NF-100 and a bit on NF-101. It goes south and east of Kennaday Peak and connects to the WY tracks at both ends. Done!
