Keygs, that's one sweet looking Tenere, the setup looks about perfect to me (Opinions can vary) . Always been one of my favorite bikes, I remember when I was young and wanting one so bad I could taste it, unfortunately I did not have the funds at that age.

Thanks Gestalt, I'm certainly enjoying it. I've tried to set it up for lighter, faster adventures. The smaller Giant loop panniers made me rethink what I really need to carry, and the dry duffel on the rack is only for light, bulky items. Certainly different from my old 800GSA, I used to carry stuff I think just because I had so much space that if it wasn't full I thought I'd forgotten something. IMG_3064.JPG

Have a look at this photo, this is my friends bike on a trip to Spain a few yesara ago, classic, packed everything includsing the kithen sink. BMW riders you have to love them. Even the small c.c. bike owners. I still cannot believe he could ride this with killing himself. And in case you are wondering is this a setup, no he really did ride the bike like this all the way there (UK - Spain) and if anything it was worse on the way back.

Makes me feel better about my own (over)packing... I do like the clever use of the space for the flip-flops.

That above BMW is so very well packed and organized, lots of gear for what must be one guy, but why not travel in comfort. Looks good my friend. My OCD likes it very much indeed.
