Yukon PER, I end up at Shawnee SP at least once a year. It's a nice ride out to the park and the park itself is really nice..........

I must say I am very impressed with the photo's that are coming in. I am still trying to find my photo's of Yellowstone that we did last summer and of Arches and Canyonlands Nat Parks that we did in 2010.......

The most visited Park in the US of A, Great Smoky Mountains National Park. I'm looking south into Cades Cove from a ridge somewhere along Rich Mt Rd. Go early (mid-week is best) if you want to explore the Cove and Parson's Branch Rd.

Still in the GSMNP, about 60 miles east of Cade's Cove, Cataloochee is a great place to see elk.

I didn't know that elk had been reintroduced to the park. I see there are now about 200 there. I'll have to go have a look.

BaldKnob, Did you go down Parsons Branch Rd. ? And if so, how bad of a road was it. We, my brother and I will be in that same area this spring about a month before we head to Alaska........
