Riding partner for 40 years. Countless miles, bikes and adventures. Would never have changed a thing. Not to mention, she's a damn tough rider. DSC_0282.JPG DSC_0053.JPG Denali Hwy (44).JPG Denali Hwy (35).JPG

You're a lucky guy. My wife rides pillion and we've done tens of thousands of miles together, but she has never had any interest in riding her own bike.

As for wives that ride. My wife got me into bikes 40+ years ago. She grew up riding dirt bikes with her brother. She's owned everything from Harleys to sport bikes, raced off road, has ridden in all 50 states, all Canadian provinces/territories and 8 countries in Europe. Rides snowmobiles ATVs and SXSs too. Yeah she's a prize, I'll keep her.

you guys are truly lucky!! I'd give anything to have my wife be interested in riding...I've seen so many fantastic things during my travels that a camera just can't do justice to and I fear I'll never get to share them with her even by car....

She said it was pretty but she'd have to go with green or purple - her two favorite colors.

Probably checking to see that the kids and grandkids aren't out doing anything dangerous like riding motorcyc. . . . . um, hang gliding.

Most of the time she was getting ready to take a picture just like I was. All these pix were taken with my cell phone. Difference is I like bikes and the love of my life in my pics, she just wants scenery. Her pic from the same spot..... 20190801_151413.jpg

On the topic of grand kids and wives who ride... anyone figured out women yet? My wife of 19 years, our 2nd marriage, just informed me last night that she is going to give up riding. She says she wants to be around for our grand kids, of which we don't have any, yet. This is the woman who has ridden motorcycles in the Alps, Costa Rica, Morocco, South America, Vietnam, Laos, South Africa and loves riding. So I supported her in that decision and said if it would worry her too much for me to keep riding then I could take a break as well. That was last night. Wake up this morning and she says "Let's go for a ride, where can we ride?" So we ended up crossing a border and riding two hours for some "World famous fried chicken." :dukegirl

Beautiful day, great ride on some nice curvy roads with the love of my life, oh and some of the best fried chicken. Not going to try to figure it out.
