My wife would be a horse person, if we could afford it. Sometimes, it's good to be poor.

Mine let me drill and bolt tie downs to the bottom of her horse trailer so I could take five enduro bikes to the south of France in it. Horses are fine by me. Mind you I have spent most of the winter converting a lorry to a horsebox.

haha.. we just had that conversation the other day. She asked if my bike would fit in one stall of her trailer so I could go with her to Utah next month.

My wife insists that her years riding horses really helped with her ability to ride her m/c.
Same sense of balance and position and given her little 650 thumper, about the same horsepower!

Funny, I remember when a 650 was a big bike. Now it's a little or mid-sized bike. My how things just keep changing.

definitely! My bride doesn't ride her own a whole lot, she has a TLR200 that she mostly just rides around the pasture to check fence, but she rides with me off road quite a bit. I barely notice she's back there.

In the long run, motorcycles are cheaper than horses. I used to raise registered quarter horses !

My wife prefers her bike , but also doesn't mind the occasional horse back ride either.

I told my buddy who calf ropes the same thing when he said motorcycles are dangerous. I said a motorcycle can’t think for itself.
