BRUSH POPPERS M/C is at it again and this year the club is 50 years old !!!
To celebrate we are doing something CRAZY.....throwback pricing for our dual sport with some throwback rules.
What the heck does that mean, well if you pre-enter with a valid AMA card the fee is the same as our first event $3.00
morning of event we are going to be strict on:
    no refunds
    non transferable
    picture ID
    show valid AMA card
pre-entries have to have a postmark prior to Oct. 19th.

If all this is tough for you show up day of the event and pay the standard $40.00 no AMA requirement. Although the AMA does not force membership for dual sports we feel you should be rewarded, they are out there fighting for our rights.

I'm curious......how many guys 50 years ago were trailering their bikes vs riding them to these events? :ear

Smudge contacted me looking for a $3 loan but since I’m on a fixed income I couldn’t help him.

I thought this was very simple but for those who don't seem to know how to pre-enter a event you should print a entry form out, fill it out and send it in with your $3 cash or check. Link to entry form to help.https://docs.wixstatic.com/ugd/f30607_64a48c4c99074387b4e5ad28bb8dd76e.pdf
I'll check to see if that works cause I aint the best at these black boxes either.
How many of you were like me and got your bike all prepped before you knew WFO postponed?
think good weather for next weekend!

Mad Jack, it is with great sadness I will not be attending you're fine event this year, living in central Michigan and a 300+ mile drive now, it used to be one of my favorite rides, I'm a Cycle Conservation Club member and have been on several of their group trail rides around here. But I have to be truthful, nothing on this side of the big pond holds a candle to the rides that get put on by Illinois M/C's, Brush Poppers rides are flat out gnarly compared to the other rides I've been on, good luck with the weather and your event, I'm really going to miss attending, all the best, Moose.

Trail work weekend. In an effort to make the club's 50th year a memorable one, some members have put forth that extra effort to create a tasty trail. A whole lot of walking, chopping, bleeding, sawing, looking for a pair of glasses and arrow application.

Not the best pic but a sweet stretch of sedimentary to navigate awaits:

Use what you find laying around. Why make it difficult?

This should make things move much smoother.

It would really help if things dried out some more so let's all cross our collective fingers for a long stretch of rain free weather.
