Billy, with half the horsepower and a third the weight of the GS, looks like you've got a learning curve ahead of you.
    Quantum leap.:lol3

Maybe a few of the PAR. riders can help me with something ? I am trying to put together a small enduro cross training track on the 4 acre field off quiet creek rd. I am looking for some items for the obstacles , old pilings or logs , palates, large tires . even cones . My plan was to put in a area for large adv bikes . and an area for Enduro /cross nothing super extreme just fun .
    Thanks Billy

I don't think anybody will let you use the roof of their mouth (palates) unless you run over their head. But they may give you a pallet or two. :rofl

Ha! I just found this thread last night and as I made my way through it, I found a picture of my kids (the blue and white shirts facing the camera)!

I just started riding in Blackwater a couple of weeks ago. Until I get new tires, my pics and videos won't be as interesting as others, but I'm having a blast anyway. So far I haven't even been east of Sandy Forest Road so I still have a lot of ground to cover.

These tires + deep sand = FML

I also have some (really tame) videos on YouTube, but like this one from yesterday. http://youtu.be/2feZxn_LvIw

Pensacola native here. 2013 xr650l, emissions regulation crap thrashed, desnorkled, better air filter, and thermometer dipstick. Still a lot of work to do! Been out to Blackwater several times.
