Pronounced ....Muggy -on rim. ..
You mean out by Baker, right? Somewhere in the Yellow River WMA...I knew it looked familiar
Great pics BTW
Thank you sir....
Back to riding.
That ain't no 1150GS but I reckon it'll do
75 miles through some awsome trails and roads the xr is just what the doctor ordered.
I forgot how much fun it is to blast through blackwater and not worry about a gas stop.
We need to get together have a beet and ride. I am home till the tues after next.
Yessir it's been too long since we've gone explorin thru BW! Weather's lookin mighty wet this weekend, but maybe next wknd will be nicer. With hunting season winding down, I'm thinkin maybe there won't be so many hunters in the woods...
Sounds good . I am hoping to get a lot more riding in now.
Plenty of mud up that way. ...I'll be in the Moab of the south Weogulfka SF.....
The mud was bad yesterday. The hunting traffic wallered.out a lot of the holes and roads.
I wallered in it too.... on purpose!
That looks like some good dirty fun! Never been to Weogufka SF before, closest I've ever been was Talladega NF just outside Sylacauga--that ain't too far from Weogufka
It's actually the Coosa WMA that we started riding up there, years ago... And years ago it was clear cut to the ground and very hilly...
Make ing it look like Moab with the red and yellow clay....We haven't been there in ten years, so we already expect big changes. ..Some of the best river side camping anywhere. But now we've been told, "closed"...So we don't know what to expect. Regardless we are going to have a look and paddle the rivers. ..Ride all the dirt we can find....Retirement is grand! Pic of the Weogufka
Alabama is a awesome state.
Yeah Hell it issssssssss sweet home Alabama. ..
I'm ready to get back to more long distance exploring. The ktm 300 was fun , but the 40 to 60 mile tank range sucked for exploring. I really like the xr. I still can have fun on my track and clear creek. But have enough range not to trailer. I hate trailering.
