I've been to the Bluegrass Book Bank Rally twice. It's a great time. Fantastic roads.

The Green Bank NRAO is nearby.

Great live music and donations for a great cause. Registration is limited.

There's a little something for every rider...dual sporting in the NF areas and great roads.

:waveHey Gimelslack, I plan to be there and meet up with bro' Festus and the Twin Valley Riders gang from Roanoke.

The /5 festival is over at Seneca Rocks that weekend too.

This thing got big enough that Brian had to start restricting attendance 3 or 4 years ago. It's kinda turnerd into a NOVA Yupy sort of thing. The Website says registration is closed. Unless you are already registered, how are you going to attend? :dunno

So, I started looking at this one at Seneca Rocks:

Since some of you (us) are heading through Seneca, how would lunch on the Front Porch sound (Sat)?

Excellent music, food and of course how can you beat WV riding!

I spent most of the time watching HBN smoothly dissecting the twisties and enjoying the passing scenery while he served as ride-master, pointing out all the road hazards for me. Duude, you made it too easy... :lol3

It was a great weekend! I luckily missed out on the rain. :cry Leaving Roanoke area Sat morning with some Twin Valley Riders, we stopped at The Swinging Bridge, Paint Bank where most stopped for breakfast.

But a few of us pressed on north on 311 to W. VA and took 92 north, then 84 over to US 220, and arrived at the farm in Blue Grass at about noon, just as the last of the rain was petering out.
