You might ask them about the stop sale. Frustrating to the dealer and customer if they can advertise it, but can't sell it.
Unfortunately, tire pressure monitoring is not included nor an option to add on the C400's It would be a nice option to have.
It sure would be nice if BMW offered some kind of incentive for prospective customers having to wait for them to resolve the stop sale/recall. Now that 2019 is almost up...I'm wondering when the 2020 models are expected to come out.
I bought today the fit for all bmw system for my Shoei NXR helmet and i made it fit :) It connects to my phone really quickly; the phone connects to the scooter also; problem is when i try to connect the BMW fit for all to the TFT of my C400x it does not want to pair. I tried everything and did not find a solution. Has any of you guys experimented with this product?
That’s a Sena device with the BMW logo. You will need to delete your Sena device from your smart phone if it’s been paired to it. Once removed, you will have to pair it to the TFT. Good luck.
Did this and worked. Thanks dude. Any tips on synchronizing the agenda besides giving permissions in the bluetooth menu of the phone?
i want to see the recent calls and phone contacts in the tft display. English is not my first language
Do the Apple iPhone Goto SETTINGS Scroll down to CONNECTED Make sure CONTACTS is enabled The Connected App works but not perfect. May have to turn your smartphone off/on
Anybody found hand guards to suit the C400? Like Bark Busters but suited to scoots. My hands could do with some protection from the wind and I don't want to the full muff thing.
Got my caliper recall letter today, marked "Remedy Unavailable" -- They're offering an "Interim Remedy (temporary brake caliper replacement)," my guess is that the stock of correct parts is low -- so they're offering to replace the calipers, wait, and then replace them again, someday, when the "Final Remedy (updated brake calipers)" is available. No idea if the temporary calipers are going to affect performance.
Yep got mine yesterday as well. I truly wonder why they have an *interim* remedy and not just the *final* to begin with. They had to make the *interim* part as well, right?
New but the same ones: Here's a post on the 310 thread https://advrider.com/f/threads/bmw-g310gs-thread.1140150/page-349#post-38610073
Good pick up. Makes sense compared to trying to get items to re-furbish. Just makes the pool of spares a bit more limited if they are to be shared between various models. Anyone know if it's only front callipers or are the rear affected too?
I found front and rear suspension upgrades on the Japan web bike site manufactured by YSS. Front suspension --> https://japan.webike.net/products/24080532.html $253USD Rear suspension --> https://japan.webike.net/products/24080530.html $616USD I'm going to wait for reviews or more information before I consider the rear suspension upgrade. Its a sizable chunk of cash at $616USD.
Thank you for the info Byee. YSS is good shit according to my experience. I also noticed that WEBIKE had a "Side Soft case Holder" from Hepco Becker for the C400X.
Hey guys, so this morning my left heated grip on my c400x did not work, any idea if there is a quick fix like a blown fuse or flimsy connector? Or should i take it to the dealer?
