Also check and make sure the cap is maintaining adequate pressure in the radiator and that you have a proper 50/50 mix of antifreeze and water.

The same bolts are used to fasten the cover on the rear wheel speed sensor.

Just modded the KTM axle nuts. Ground off the flange and then drilled drain holes in the cap so water won’t collect in the axle.

Quick release windscreen mounts. Made these from 5/16 clevis pins, rubber grommets and hitch pins.
Holds the screen nice and tight and comes off with no tools.

I knew it really bothers him once I noticed it. So I figured that he had worked it out by now. I don't think it's a big deal either way. Barely noticeable. Once it takes a nap or two it will be different anyhow.

It gives you all the parts and then some ...YOU need to put it together...

The Venhill Universal Clutch Cable Kit is a high-quality, "build-your-own" cable kit suitable for generally any motorcycle clutch application.

The wire is galvanized steel for long life and easy soldering.

One end of the inner wire is fitted with a barrel nipple (nominally 6mm dia x 10mm). The opposite end will need to be cut to length and the required nipple soldered into place. The ferrules and adjusters are a snug fit. They may be bonded into place if preferred, or you can use a center punch to make a small indention in the side. You will need a basic soldering kit and basic soldering skills to solder the nipple into place.

The cable from a husky 650 terra will fit and is a bit longer than the X cable.
