I use an yz250 aftermarket lever.
These are supposed to fit, I collected the references when searching for a replacement lever:
    99-06 MSR YZ250 shift lever (PN 34-2148) SF-622 JY-7202-A

Hello, fellow Xchallenge owners, just got myself this beauty:
    IMG_4330.jpg
so probably will post some questions about it in the future,

but for now I am offering to sell Mupo K911 cartriges that the previous owner was selling with the bike.
They are almost brand new, bought this May and according to the previous owner, were used very little.
If anyone is interested, please send me an offer in direct messages. Item is located in Latvia, Riga, European Union.

    Congrats!
The Xchallenge forks are one of the points that that can use improvement, so consider to use them yourself.
What skid plate has the bike mounted btw?

Thank you! I think it's SW-Motech, but I am not sure.
I am not a very experienced rider, so the front felt OK to me. I also got in the package an Ohlins rear suspension,
I am swapping that in, because I thought that after almost 15 years the OEM air suspension might need a replacement.

I would save the fork cartridges for later.
You might find out that once you fit good rear suspension you are able to go faster as you gain experience. You might notice that the front suspension can't keep up with the rear one...

Looks like a Scheffelmeier skid plate.

Speaking of front suspension upgrades, any suggestions on someone in the southeast US that can do some improvements?

Fast Bike Industries have done several for me with great results but they are typically slow on getting them done.

Sorry, can't really help. Think Talon makes a 49t for the Xchallenge, but can't find it.
I tried looking it up and was surprised JT only offers 47t Ø154mm (JTR9)
I am running a 49t on my Dakar, but looks like the bolt pattern is different at Ø160mm (JTR5).

Thanks brother I appreciate it. Yeah I think it's a different bolt pattern for the Dakar... Last year I found 49 to sprockets everywhere and now I'm not able to find one of them hahaha 47 is not a problem with pretty much all the other manufacturers but anything larger is proving difficult but for me on the dirt it makes the bike a lot more peppy... I'll still stay on the hunt but if anyone else finds one it would be greatly appreciated. I've tapped out all my known resources

    Hi

The online store is down, but you can write him [email protected] asking for the 49 sprocket. I bought one sprocket in January and the store was down.

Have used these guys for years. Sprocketcenter.com. The part you're looking for is SUPERLITE (#35304R) 520 PITCH STEEL REAR SPROCKET - BMW. Available in 49 and 51 tooth.

Good news about BMW OEM Clutch Covers part # 11147700331

I found a German parts supplier with a good reputation for shipping parts to the USA:
    https://www.kfm-motorraeder.de/
    https://www.kfm-motorraeder.de/cms/en/genuine-spare-parts/bmw-spare-parts?itemid=11147700331
They sell the OEM BMW clutch covers for only $140 U.S.

I was hoping to organize a group buy on these for those interested.

The reason for the group buy is to save on shipping.

Let me know if you want one.

btw: The cost in the USA for this part is $213 + $14 sales tax. Don't think we will have to pay tax if we buy from KFM.

@Natgeo14 If you buy parts from an EU store and ship to the US you do not have to pay VAT. In some cases you need to notify the store first so they can arrange this for you. You might need to pay import fees and duties when it arrives in the US.

From what I can see it is €119,83 ex VAT ($140.45) plus €65,00 shipping to US ($76.18).

Yes, the shipping to just buy 1 is pretty expensive. I'm hoping that with buying 5 or 10 there will be a much better price on the shipping.

I checked to see what the shipping price would be if I bought 5. It is $100 US, so $20 each for shipping only. And add $10 for domestic shipping once it gets to me.

Anyone know where these graphics are from and if they are still available? Alternatively, are there any graphic kits on the market? Screenshot_20210810-205208_Kijiji.jpg
