    Hey Rick,
I will be attending the Riders of Knoxville Rally in Del Rio, TN Sunday through Wednesday and then the MOA National until Sunday. I may get up to your place just to say "Hi". I will definitely be at the beer garden Friday evening (and most other evenings during the rally)!

After the rally I am going to tootle around WV and then go to the RA Rally and after that OBX. Then I'll have to head back home (for some reason).

I'll be leaving tomorrow for either Cruso or Suches.

    Everybody... Ride Safe!!

P.S. To Boojum: You got anymore stickers from the 2008 Old School Rally in Tellico Plains? Bring me one or two if you do. I'm good for it!

    Beer tent Fri night, cool!
I have to fly to San Diego next week for work :bluduh
Out at ohhh dark thirty Monday and then I have to roll back on the red-eye overnight flight Thursday/Friday and jump on the bike around mid-day Friday for the 500 mile ride to the rally. Hope I can find a patch of ground to throw the tent down when I get there. Hey I may be in the running for the 10000th arrival prize :rofl

So I will be rolling in Friday evening... I am sure I'll be ready for a cold one after that:thumb

8PM at the beer garden sounds great - IIRC, Paul Thorn will start his set at 8:30. Perfect timing!

Can you leave a light on for me, I may just hang around Hot Springs and ride up for the day to MOA. Too many sweet rides in your area! All I need is a little dirt under the wheels and the tent.

It looks like I'll be heading down for the rally. I'm not making any solid plans because every time I do, something bad happens :lol3

I've got to drop by and deliver the Woodfords I promised you, Rick, so I'll give you a ring at some point and see if we can catch up if that's ok.

Is there going to be an ADV area at the rally site? I'll probably be there Friday and Saturday night so I don't have to worry about a DUI :deal

Rick, I just read through the whole thread again and took notes on how to find your place. Google Earth and Google Maps are not giving the Ah Hah! moment to me yet. (Their Lat/Long aren't quite meshing with your descriptions - close but not quite dead on NC 208)

If I'm reading all of it accurately, your place is 3-4 miles south (towards Hot Springs) from the intersection with NC 212. Am I headed in the right direction? Will there be any kind of marker at the drive for folks like me that need every extra clue?

    Thanks.

The Don Julio automatically elevates you to supervisor status:lol3 .

I have a portable beer garden . and gather some fire wood . So who gets ther first will have the pleasure of getting a few things done . I think I'll do hamburger Hot dogs on wed night . I got a bunch of pork and beans so All I need is macaroni or patao salad. Maybe I'll see if there's some good corn available.

Thurs I'll do BBQ chicken and pork . We'll work out the sides wed eve.
