I was really suprised to see how much "stuff" some folks carry on their bikes. Add the weight of those Redverz tents along with the cots, chairs etc etc....suprised some of those bikes weren't pulling wheelies down the road. Nice gear....just alot of it.

It was a great rally site. Martin Fisher [rally chair] did a hell of a job getting everything set up. I woke up Sunday morning to no power. The entire area was out after the big storm Saturday night. There was plenty of shelter under the barns and the Ompah band rocked it. I left Sunday morning after the rain had let up [9 am] and made it to DC before the rain started there. I waited until 7 am to leave DC on Monday morning and dodged rain all the way to Wilmington, NC...did not get wet.

I rode home Saturday afternoon, after taking in some of the GS Giant riding ,via the West rim in the dirt. I stopped 3 places to fish(native bookies one place and some small mouths on pine creek), picked wild red raspberries, took in many beautiful vistas and got rained on. I stopped at Mr. Sticky's in Williamsport to get a hot coffee and some grub. A guy in a cage said "it's rough riding on a day like today." I said it's always a great day to ride. Sometimes the weather's nice too.
