    Hi all

The suspension on my poor old Connie is getting a little tired at 156,000km and is not behaving as nicely as it did 100,000km or so ago.

Looking for options on getting it doctored...

I stumbled across these guys and thought they looked ok price-wise: https://www.motosr.co.nz/#top

Anyone have any experience with them or got any other suggestions? I need to get my baby back on rails :)

Very highly rated suspension guys. I haven't dealt with them but I have heard plenty of good stuff about them.

I haven’t dealt with Scotty, but the late Richie was the real deal.

Used NZ Suspension for the Tiger revalve and spring upgrade. They did a great job, transformed the front end!

I used MotoSR for rear shock rebuilds and my forks had been tuned by them as well. I haven't had to use their services since Richie passed away, but I believe Scotty knows his stuff. The service was great.

Did the 'ole online inquiry with them, had to confess to my enormousness, riding style etc...

Scott rang me up and we had a bit of a chat. He is thinking around $600 to service both ends, including oils and parts. The one good thing is that he didn't start talking Ohlins or replacing stock with flash stuff - he suggested that if I was happy with the original stuff then just a decent service might be all I want. Of course he can spend as much money as you can find too.

Now I just have to see if I can workout how to hang the old girl up so I can remove all the bits and bobs and send the forks and shock up to them...
