broadband connection sharing???

    for a real cheap setup, all you need is 2 NIC's (ethernet cards) and a crossover cable. then a nat program like nat32. (which you can find for free on the internet). with that you can share files, and share an internet connection - all though with that setup for computer 2 to use the internet computer one must be left on, and connected to the internet.

    get what you pay for here, maybe. the prices are damn low for the technology you're getting. it's really frustrating to deal with buggy code. I'd pay 40 bucks just to have solid firmware. Do what you want, tho.

    ...and you plan on running a VPN, you need to enable IPSec Pass Through (mine was off by default). It's easy - go to the setup screen, click on the advanced tab, then click on the enable option next to "IPSec Pass Through". Then click "Apply"

    The thing will reset, then you'll be ready to rock. BTW, thumbs up to the Linksys router - it works very well.
