I think I now know what it's like to consume mind altering drugs. Broadford was just such a sea of sights and sounds that ones senses were assailed with image and recollections of days gone by and past glories. If this is little old Broadford on the outskirts of Melbourne then goodness knows what it's like to be at Speedweek or Goodwood or even Sturgis.

    A homage to Carl Rayborn

A Britten, I have actually now seen and heard a Britten running

so why does a moderm 1000cc V-twin weigh around 200kg when in 1915 they weighed 85kg?

    A Drysdale V8

A never thought in my wildest dreams that I would ever see Kim Newcombes Konig let alone see and hear it running. Okay I'm now deaf by who cares.

What an unbelievable collection of bikes together in the one spot at the same time. Looks like MA are doing some things right. This may well turn in to the Australian version of Goodwood. Might have to get down there next year.:clap

Thanks for the post and pics K1W1

Some friends went Broadford last year. Couldn't wait to get there this year. Can't wait to get there next year.

But choices - Broadford, the Scrapheap Challenge or Motorcycling Against Cancer relay? Which one do I choose....

Love it, thanks for the pics. I would have loved to see that Britten. What a goose I am too, I live on the northern edge of Melbourne, less than an hour from this and I didn't even know it was on
