Wow great report, 14K miles in four months. When you do it again, plan on replacing the springs for you weight on what ever bike you get. It would take a couple hours of wrenching. I am a bit on the FOM (fat old man) size at 106Kg. I have replaced my springs on every off road bike I have ever had (only 3 bikes since I am new to riding). It is one of the best modifications you can do. It improves handling and durability I have used the online Race Tech spring calculator to figure out what spring rate to use.
