the bike can do 50mph all day long as long as there is no real hills or strong headwinds

I think the price went down this year to $2400

As a Symba owner I've been following your journey here and other places. Glad the little beast has held up for you. I find my Symba just keeps getting better and better with age.

Read some of the blog pages - ok, I read them ALL!

What is it with oil changes? What does Symba suggest for oil type, weight, and mileage. How can you tell between 2050 and 1040?

Just read todays blog. What size are the tires? I think it is the gravel that ate the back tire in 1000 miles. I have that Gazelle on another bike and it is getting good mileage. Don't worry, if those are the same as ct90 (postie) tires, they are easy to find and replace. In fact, I am wondering if an actual aussie postie tire would be a good mileage tire in gravel for you.

Right on! I think you win the "pack light" contest. I'd like to see someone do the same ride on a BMW and pack as light!

Got a shot of DaBinChe's SYM outside the Hilltop Truckstop on our way to Prudhoe Bay as he was returning from the Arctic Circle -

This is proof that it's the rider who makes the machine an adventure bike, not the other way around. Way to go, DaBinChe :bow - it was good meeting you. :thumb

Thanks DBC! That's quite a feat on that little bike. I did the same three years ago, but it was on a DL650. I can really appreciate what you did. Good on you.
