A lightly hopped stout would be wonderful. Just the thing to have ready for winter!

Similar to Guinness Foreign Extra Stout. I'm not much of a hops guy, but that stuff is tasty!

I tended to brew mostly scotch ales, imp stouts, and ipa. basically anything that I could bump the abv up a couple points :rofl

It's one of those things that is so easy to pick up again. Hell I haven't brewed anything for a couple of years, maybe I'll give it a go again this winter. Bringing a 5 gallon keg of pale ale would be somewhat fun.

Something to do this winter - fill the house with the delightful aromas of sweet malt, boiling wort and flowery hops. Yum!

I keep to extract brewing. Nice and easy.

Klim coupon came in handy. Jacket was "out of stock" in my size, so I emailed customer support about using the coupon. They were amply helpful and let me know when the next shipment came in. Sent them my payment info on Friday afternoon and it got here yesterday. Great people and excellent service. :deal

I think I got the first of the first shipment of the new version Latitude jacket with lighter panels in a few strategic areas. It's well-constructed and the medium seems like it will fit me fine (5'8" 175lbs.). Matches my Dakar pants, too. Now I just need to pickup some cheap rain pants to go over those and I'm set.

Leaving for Utah on the KLR September 1st, and will report back on the quality of both Mormon alcohol and my Klim jacket.

Just put in the code and it will let you shop. Or call customer service. Or, better still, send that worthless coupon to me. :D
