Yes, go for a holiday. It is different.
am looking to borrow / hire a spot tracker for a few days in late June.
not a moto ride, friends are doing a 400km run and I am going as part of the support crew, one idea is to use a spot tracker so that pit crew know how far out they are so can prepare food on time
I've got a spot 2 I'm not using. Would need to be reactivated etc
Bit of an ADV style ride happening on early Sunday morning from and returning to Mt Molloy Pub, a few of us are camping there Saturday and Sunday night to assist a fellow Townsville inmate through the transition into wedlock.
That's Sunday the 5th of May.
I’ll be there Ken, probably head up Saturday arvo. Be good to catch up again
Not able to, as well as a lot of other things, i am in training at the moment, so can you have a beer for me please
What time will you be there on Saturday and Sunday arvos? Might be able to head up for a beverage.
packing house/buying house/bikeless atm, puts me into a solid No checkbox sorry Kenno - fellas
OK you FNQ mob - and anybody else as well.
I have really upped the challenge this time,
I have entered SOLO the wheel barrow race!
pushing an empty wheel barrow 140km from Marreba to Chillagoe, starting on Friday.
If you would like to sponsor me - its for the Endoscopy unit at Cairns Base Hospital - here is the link
and Denis, your mexican $ are good for sponsorship as well!
Bloody hell Phil!
That's a long way to push a wheelbarrow on your own!
Best of luck with it mate, donation made.
yeah, its a long way......
doesnt seem that far when i drive it or ride the moto.......
Ok, sorted. Bear in mind that a NSW dollar is worth about double what a FNQ is worth 'cause your cash is all faded ( you know like your curtains ) from too much sun so better get your finger out!!
Oh yeah, Good luck
Faded like the curtains!
Bump. Come on you pack of slackers, bit of back up for the pom
Good luck Phil; . Could you pick up a couple of bags of cement on the way & drop them off at Rex's when your done??
First half was alright, 2nd half was bit slower. 5hrs 42 today.
Running with a barrow is a bit different.
Have done it as a team and that was easier.....
Also, the foot action is different. Have done a fair bit of running training, but now so much walking.
65km stage tomorrow.
I finished. I did it.
144km pushing a wheel barrow.
If you were waiting to see if i would finish before donating, you can donate now.
Here is the link.
I shall put some pictures up tomorrow, bit tired i am!
Good work fella!!
Well done indeed.
top effort Phil...Well done !
