    Ximino Ave in Long Beach is interesting. I used to live down that way. There are some nice places down there and some not so nice. It's pronounced Zimino.
    I'd stay further out...like Seal Beach/Sunset Beach...south along PCH. It's a ten minute ride to Ximino, there is a 'back' way through a marina and down Second Street (Belmont Shore/Naples)……..you'll miss the Naples canals unless you look at your map.
