There wasn't that much snow -- at least for part of it. We'd all have gone faster and missed more.

    Bruce,

You and the missus should ride up and welcome them and camp here. Plenty of room, either inside or out. This goes for all A&W friends.

Let's all gang up and ride A&W back to Toronto, and create a disturbance at the border.

Hey Amanda & Will, nice chatting with you guys at the Soiree. Hope the rest of your ride goes well and must go off and read your ride report now.

    Cheers

Thank you Fire Chief Mackenzie for the Labour Day Tear the other night! Thank you Dr. Brugger for giving us a place to lay our heads and thank you Ian for taking us out of the rain last night in St. George's. We're on the ferry right now in Channel Port aux Basques. Hope we don't get sea sick......

When would this be happening? For the next couple of weeks I will be on farm schedule, been helping out on a local farm for almost 30 years, lots of (never enough though) corn to get out of the field and into storage.

:waveI haven't followed you kids all summer. You've come a long ways since. I've got some past post to catch up on. When is your trip winding down? Never I hope.

Not quite...but the skies were the same color though.

ETA @ Canuman's: Either September 21, 22, or 23. Hope this works for you Canuman?

I hate to say this...but it's coming down to a close. PEI, New Brunswick, Maine are all the places left that our bikes haven't been through.

Hanging out in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia right now.

We know...we're sure we created some riffs between husbands with the idea of leaving their wives home to go on a motorcycle trip.:evil

We're at Confederation Bridge right now...pissing rain. Destination: Shediac, New Brunswick.

Are you kidding. My wife wants to do a ride like this. She wants to know "when, when can we go". I'm the one that thinks I just don't have that much energy any more. When both of you are in your 60's you will be glad you did this when you did. What a story(s) you two will have for the grandkids. Like "did I ever tell you the time I went on a motorcycle adventure but your grandma wasn't going to come and then later she showed up on her motorcycle and we went on this adventure together and ...."

Can you do it in shorter hops? I've done 200 miles over an 8 hr day and felt like I'd barely done anything. If riding a two-wheeler is an issue, then how about a triked bike?

You don't have to use a dual-sport to have an adventure!
