Can you help identify that connector above the radiator?

While removing SAS (finally!) I've stumbled upon a loose connector happily hanging out above the radiator. Can anyone shed some light on what that is? I am aware of at least one that should be unconnected to anything (the tripmeter remote), but I think that one has a white connector with four wires, and this one looks like something important.

And yes, I actually unscrewed the radiator. That, and together with loosening the oil tank gave me enough wiggle room to reach the right-side plate without taking the airbox out, so success there.

I think that's for the evap control on the US models. Looking at it it hasn't had anything plugged into it for a long time.

    Correct.
No evap on Eu bikes so nothing has ever been plugged there.

I also have one such connector remaining unpluged in my EU 2007 model. Thought it is for ABS stuff that's been removed in my case.
