    The story about civilians in a shelter with a firefighter was the 2001 Thirtymile Fire on the Okanogan National Forest in Washington.

    I see that the Discovery Channel is running a series about wildland firefighting for those that might be interested in this topic.

    Supposed to be on the Discovery Channel on the evening of January 3rd, 2021.
