Living in terror! Had the shop up for sale for quite a while now, got a few bites, then kinda thought after a while that it would never happen, who wants an old dinosaur of a building?
But I got a call from my broker, ystdy,,,and he scared me shitless!
Looks like a viable buyer for my shop. Paperwork may be progressing as I type this.
I am terrified about moving after 22 years in the same (" my sacred") space!
Be careful of what you ask for!
Yeah!,,and NOW what are you gonna do, you old smartass?

It is a good thing. I lived for 27 years in an old building, put out the word locally that I would sell, two years later, wa la, sold. The change has proved to be good, new perspective,
Glad it worked, sometimes you just have to go along with the adventure and learn as it leads you. Congrats to you!

When things don't go as planned, that's when the adventure starts. Good luck.

Summers in Idaho and winters in Baja. What are you scared about? Get or make yourself a nice rv to live in.
You’re free to go wherever you want! Just set a good budget to stretch that cash out.

This. Time to Nomad! Just be sure to get some sort of two wheel fun on the back. Since you are hauling it, it can be small enough to pickup! I've seen some nice Box Van/Ambulance conversions lately.
