Are you telling me that you're judgement has become so clouded by your anti-government rhetoric that you feel that stopping someone before they drive while ability impaired, and risking their life and other's lives, somehow violates their "constitutional rights"? Because that's how I'm reading it. You think that someone drunk in their vehicle, somehow isn't a danger or a threat to themselves or others?
