You tube has expanded my culinary portfolio ever since the pandemic started. I’m ready to run a food truck.

Running a food cart isn't as easy as it sounds...
You still have Gov. Health ta deal with and local Health dept...
Prepping the day before , selling the next day cleaning up , re-prepping again, and repeat ..
All for just a few pennies , tossing out left overs , Yuppers there goes the little profit ya make..

You turn over dollars , but don't really make money … Travel ,Propane, stock....
Now maybe in a really good location .. But ….. It's still a lot of work ..

Holy Cats E. That's crazy. My wife passed a small stone soon after we were married. Put her in the ER with pain. Not fun for anyone. Sorry bud.

    9mm. Yikes. I can't even imagine.

I passed a 4.95mm stone and about died.

And oh yeah I guess an introduction is due. I'm just north of Roanoke (big lick) and it seems, after watching things in here for a bit, ya'll are crazy enough to ride and possibly camp with.

    So hi.

Love to but I go to Jersey this Sunday for a week for work. And therein lies my issue. If I make plans, a customer has an emergency.

But don't count me out forever. I'll show up unannounced sometime.

But for now, today is a good day.
