My apologies for jumping the gun on the skid plate, Rick
Seems like my friend's not ready with cash in hand for this to happen immediately... someone should jump on this reduced price plate for their GS.

I'll be in touch... next time with wires uncrossed!

    Rick,
Do you still have a guard left for a R1100GS?
What kind of a deal can you throw my way?
    I'm interested!
    Thanks, Joe

I would like one of these however I spend a lot of time commuting on my bike going slow in traffic. Has ayone noticed the bike running hotter with one of these installed?

    Rick,
Thanks for giving me such a great deal on my sump protection plate.
I didn't even have time to get the check in the mail before your fabulous product arrived on my doorstep. I can can sleep a little easier knowing that my old R1100GS is fully protected.

    Hey Rick,

Have you quit making the rear luggage rack for the R1150GSA? I've been looking for something simple to use and saw a couple pictures on this thread but didn't see anything on your website. Admittedly, I didn't go through ever entry for this thread so maybe I missed your saying that you've given these up. Let me know, Thanks,

    Mark

Rick can make it as I just purchased my second one from him for my R1150GSA. This one was custom with a 2" longer extension of the back and no upward bend. Wanted it flat for mounting a Pelican case. Rick responded to me in hours, followed up with a phone call and said to send money when I received it. I don't work that way so I sent payment and the rack was here in Chicago in 7 days. That my friends, is super customer service! Fit and finish is beyond exceptional and this guy rocks! Glad to support and inmate here who has carved out nice line up of products. Support this guy, save money and be ready for questions on where you got this great stuff. I have all of his products for my ride and could not be happier with the entire group of transactions.

    Happy New Year Buddy!
Nice to see you are still cranking out the quality parts and making it happen! I loved the stuff you built on my GSA. Tough Light and good looking with great quality...What else could you want?
    Keep up the great work.

I have several of Rick's protection farkles and can attest to their functionality and his customer service.

The one I notice the most is the front engine cover, I remove all the stuff every winter to change any fasteners and repaint. That cover has more and more rock hits each time and I can only imagine what the alternator/engine cover would look like without it.

I called him a couple of years ago to find out where I could get a replacement fastener and where to go (so to speak...:D) and if I didn't have access to the store he would send me some immediately.

    Support is top knotch!

No affiliation to Kildala, just a satisfied repeat customer!

I'll take the rear mud guard for the 1150 GS and the master cylinder cover for the 1150 GS, too.

    PM sent.

I'm also looking for a front mud shield for the 1150 GS, I'll check your link.
